Shipping destinations:

• We only ship to US destinations. 

Shipping times:

• All orders will ship 24 hours after being processed. Please see processing times. 
• Currently we are not accepting international orders. 
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $100 will have free shipping.
• Orders under $99 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  
• We accept Afterpay, Sizzle, and Klarna for orders over $50.00. Contact the company for any issues or disputes for payment. 

ORDERING POLICIES

Create Your Own Empire does not accept returns. Requests for exchanges, or reports of errors or damaged items, must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out!

EXCHANGES will be subject to a processing fee of up to $15 per item. Please email helpcenter.cyoe@gmail.com in order to receive exchange instructions. Exchanges on limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed. Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out!

Any return exceptions will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Create Your Own Empire E-Gift Code. Credits are processed within 7-10 business days of your item(s) delivery to us. Exceptions are not guaranteed and are to the discretion of our leadership team based on inventory, current shipping times, and availability of limited release and exclusive items. Worn items are not eligible to be exchanged. 

Order alterations generated by Create Your Own Empire will be accompanied by an email to the address used to place the order and refunded via E-gift Code, in the case of unavailable or cancelled items. 

Create Your Own Empire is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order. 

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within X business days.

Create Your Own Empire is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed, nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after the fact. For more details on our ordering policies please see the "ORDERING POLICIES" page linked below.Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
